We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy so any notice 48 hours or under will be chargeable.

Unless I we find another student to take it.
All hours agreed on dates confirmed are subject to the 48 hour cancellation policy

All hours that have been confirmed that day a cancellation that occurs will be chargeable.

Discretion will be given where applicable

All lessons must be used within 30 weeks from the date of payment. Any remaining lessons after 30 weeks will be lost and not be refunded.

Unless if we need to cancel a lesson myself or other staff for any reason this would not be part of the terms and conditions for the 30 weeks cut off. It will still be owed to you and roll over to the next lesson booked.

if you would like a refund you will only be paid 50% of the amount monies remaining.

You only have 4 weeks to make a request for a refund. After that Initial period of 4 weeks only lessons left can only be completed. After 30 weeks they are confirmed as void and non refundable .

Any refund will need to be asked in writing to admin@wheeliegood.uk

Refunds are processed for the bank account details nominated at the time.

Please allow up to 30 days for any monies to be cleared into the bank account given

COVID. You must have a lateral for any covid symptoms as I myself or any staff member maybe in the vulnerability group. If a lateral flow tests positive then a 14 day recovery term will be required before the next lesson takes place.

Its students or parents responsibility if you want regular slots after your blocks finish to keep communication before end of the block to book more hours in to continue weekly learning.

We have the right to withdraw the car hire for
Test if necessary due to any reason we feel you are not safe to drive the car independently.
You will not be refunded for the hire of the car if this happens.

If a test gets cancelled late. The car hire will not be refunded.

we will help you fill out claim form from the DVSA

If test student can do two hour lesson instead of their driving test that’s fine by us.

Students are required to bring their licence to every lesson. Especially the first lesson with any new instructor. If no licence is shown the lesson will be cancelled and charged at the full
Rate.
